 Some Treatments of Cancerous Lesions Performed at Our Clinic Include:

• Mohs Surgery: a surgical method using a microscope in the clinic to confirm the removal of cancer and sparing your healthy tissue
• Freezing: We may destroy actinic keratoses and some small, early skin cancers by freezing them with liquid nitrogen (cryosurgery)
• Excisional Surgery: In this procedure, we will numb the area around the precancerous lesion, cut it out and stitch or suture the area closed. It will then be sent to the lab.   
• Topical Chemotherapy: This method uses a powerful topical cream to kill fast growing cancer cells.
• Curettage and Electrodesiccation or Cryotherapy: These are recommended for small, superficial primary basal and squamous cell carcinomas with well-defined borders
